Biography

D. Daryl Lidia is a life-long Oklahoma resident. Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and raised in Clinton, Oklahoma and Cordell, Oklahoma. Upon graduating from Cordell High School, Mr. Lidia obtained his Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University and his Juris Doctor from University of Oklahoma College of Law. Prior to entering into private practice, Mr. Lidia was a staff attorney for the Oklahoma House of Representatives. Mr. Lidia’s practice is focused on serving his clients in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business organizations and transactions and real estate transactions.  He has maintained an “AV” peer review rating in Martindale Hubbell which is the highest rating given by his peers in the legal community.

Although is practice has been located in the Oklahoma City and Edmond communities, Mr. Lidia continues to serve clients located throughout the State of Oklahoma.

Mr. Lidia has given presentations to various groups on topics relating to estate planning and business operations. He has also served as an adjunct professor at a local university. Mr. Lidia is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. He has also served on the governing board of various charitable and educational organizations. Mr. Lidia also serves as a deacon and Bible class teacher at the church where he and his family attend.
